It would suit a mentally agile, ambitious graduate from an Architectural, Engineering, Construction/Project Management background who is fully focused on realising their goal of becoming a successful client side Project Manager and has had some exposure to a PM or Design consultancy.
You will be required to provide support to Senior Project Managers and Director along with; assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations, liaising with stakeholders and other consultants, contract administration and construction monitoring.
Applicants should meet the following criteria;
- A property, construction, architectural or engineering qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
- The ability to confidently interact with professionals at all levels of business.
- 1 – 3 years post graduate industry experience.
- Familiar with property, legal and project management terminology.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong initiative.
- Computer literate.
