Cameron has been working in the recruitment industry since 2011 and started his career in the healthcare industry in one of New Zealand’s busiest hospitals.

Cameron has been working in the recruitment industry since 2011 and started his career in the healthcare industry in one of New Zealand’s busiest hospitals.

In 2012 he joined a specialist Construction and Engineering recruitment consultancy where he focused on sourcing the best talent both locally and internationally.

Having relocated to Christchurch to focus on the Canterbury rebuild, Cameron has excelled at resourcing difficult to fill roles in a highly competitive environment.

As a graduate of Victoria University, with both Psychology and
Management qualifications, Cameron has a passion for finding people
who not only have the right skill-set but closely align with the company values and culture.

Regan Doyle

Regan has been working in the engineering consultancy and recruitment space since 2007.

Regan has been working in the engineering consultancy and recruitment space since 2007.’ He started as a Land Surveyor working on the delivery of civil and commercial survey projects from the London 2012 Olympics to London Underground and Network Rail station redevelopments.

As a Recruitment Professional, Regan specialises in sourcing individuals for engineering consultancies. Over his career he has built up a wealth of knowledge recruiting in the civil, structural, geotechnical and building services spaces across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

He is highly respected in the industry particularly for his understanding of technically demanding roles and his aptitude for finding individuals who align with the cultural and professional values of an organisation.

Nick Oliver

Nick has been working in recruitment since 2019. Prior to that, Nicks pent 15 years as a teacher, working in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong. His diverse range of interests include journalism, travel, radio production and performing stand-up comedy.

Nick is a graduate of Monash University (Journalism) and holds a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Master of Education.

As someone who has spent most of his career in the public sector, Nick is passionate about guiding others to achieve a result that works for everyone. Whilst he is not from a construction background, he has built solid relationships with candidates and clients across the country. Nick believes in approaching work with a combination of tenacity, respect and goodwill.
